Now...on to the nitty gritty.  This is the easy part, and it doesn't take a degree in rocket science to lose weight.  Now, please be advised that if you have any health issues, you should contact your physician before undertaking this or any other diet program.  AND...one more thing, take a good multivitamin. 

Do on day #1, then REPEAT.  Easy!!!!

 

Breakfast:
1 orange, 1 egg, 1 piece of sprouted wheat toast [ezekial sprouted wheat if you can find it.  If not, any whole grain bread will do.  Put on just enough of whatever kind of topping you like to cover the bread and give it awesome flavor.

 

Lunch:
Salad:  Lettuce, 2 slices of lunchmeat rolled up and cut into the salad, 1 boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, 1 slice of cheese rolled up and cut into the salad, carrots, celery, whatever other kinds of veggies that you like!  Fat Free dressing.  The veggies are optional, and you can have as many as you want.  The amount of lunchmeat and cheese is NOT optional.  Don't pile it on please.

Supper:
Grilled Chicken [actually, cook it any way except FRIED]  and, you may have up to 8 oz, lettuce salad with ANY vegetables you want and fat free dressing.

Snack:
Sugar free/fat free pudding-one serving.  Less than 100 calories.
